What does Autom8 build?
The systems a small business leans on every day: SEO and Google profiles, Google Ads, booking with payments, phone answering, the Review Funnel, AI workflows and custom apps. I find the jobs eating your week, build the fix and keep it running.
How does pricing work?
Setup is free when you choose a 12-month plan. You pay one flat monthly fee, sent as a fixed quote within a day of the free 30-minute call. Nothing is billed by the hour, and prices aren't listed because every business needs something different.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Everything after the free setup: I watch what I built, fix what breaks, change it when your hours, prices or tools change, and you can reach me for help 24/7.
Are Google Ads clicks part of the fee?
No. Clicks are paid to Google from your own card and your own ad account. The monthly fee is for running the ads, not for the clicks.
What do we talk about on the free call?
Your week and the tools you use, for 30 minutes. If I'd build something, you get a fixed quote within a day.
Will I have to switch software?
Usually not. I only suggest a change when a tool can't do the job.
Who owns the accounts you set up?
You do. Your Google profile, ad account and payment accounts are in your name, and I work in them with the access you give me. You can remove that access at any time.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. Tell me what's slowing you down in plain words. The setup, the connections between your tools and the testing are on me.
Do you only work with Phoenix businesses?
I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, and I work with businesses around the Valley and anywhere in the US over phone and video.
Can I add something later?
Yes. After a short call I set it up free, and its monthly fee is added to your plan.
Is Cadence part of Autom8?
Cadence is the AI phone answering service I built. It has its own site, plans and signup at cadenceanswers.com. When phone answering is part of your Autom8 plan, Cadence is what I set up for you.
Does Cadence mean getting a new phone number?
No. You forward the number you already have to Cadence. Callers who ask for a person get transferred to the number you pick.
