My business's scheduling app runs 15+ staff schedules, routes payments across several Stripe accounts, and takes payment when the customer books.
When a schedule changes, I send a screenshot and AI updates it, instead of typing every change in by hand.

When your hours, services or staff change, I update the booking page. If something breaks, I fix it.
Questions
Do I have to switch from the scheduler I use now?
Usually not. I build around Google Calendar, Acuity or whatever you already run, and only suggest a change if your current tool can't do what you need.
Can customers pay a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes. Full payment, a deposit or no payment at all, and it can be different for each service.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. I never hold your customers' payments.
Can it handle more than one person or location?
Yes. My business's system handles 15+ staff and several Stripe accounts, and each booking goes to the right person.
Will customers get reminders?
Yes. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, by email or text, so fewer people forget.
