Initi8 · Cold email
Introduce your business to the companies you want to work with
I build a separate sending domain and inboxes, write short emails you approve, and send a few each weekday. Every reply goes to you.
Who it fits
Businesses that sell to other businesses: cleaning crews for offices, contractors for property managers, caterers for event planners, IT help for small firms. If cold email is a poor fit for your trade, I'll tell you on the free call.
What I set up
- A separate domain that looks like yours, so your main email stays safe.
- Two or three inboxes in your name, set up the way Gmail and Outlook expect.
- A list of businesses that fit, checked by hand.
- A short first email and one follow-up, in plain text.
- Nothing sends until you approve it.
Run it yourself, or I run it for you
Initi8 comes two ways.
- I run it for you. Available now. I do the setup and the daily work, and you only read the replies.
- Run it yourself. Coming soon: run it from your own account and see everything it does.
Both ways have the same slow sending and the same opt-out rules. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Slow on purpose
New inboxes send nothing to strangers for about three weeks. Then each one sends 5 a day, then 10, then 15, and never more than 20. Slow sending helps keep your emails out of spam.
Every reply goes to you
When I run it for you, I check the inboxes each weekday morning. Real replies go straight to you. Anyone who says no, stop or unsubscribe goes on a do-not-email list for good, and bounced addresses come off.
When someone wants to talk, your booking page with payments is one link away.
The rules are built in
Every email says who it is from, has your business address and gives a plain way to say no, as the US CAN-SPAM law requires. There are no tracking pixels and no tricks in the subject line.
Kept running
When I run it for you, I refill the list, write new emails when the old ones go stale, and send you a short count each month: sent, replies and opt-outs.
Questions
Is cold email legal?
In the US, yes, when the email is honest about who sent it, includes your business address and lets people opt out. I build those into every email.
Will it hurt my normal email?
No. It sends from a separate domain, so your main address and domain stay out of it.
Who writes the emails?
When I run it for you, I do, in your voice. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Can you promise sales?
No. I can promise the emails go out on schedule, follow the rules, and every reply reaches you.
Can I run it myself?
Not yet. Running it yourself from your own account is coming soon. Today I run it for you. Either way the sending rules are the same, and nothing sends until you approve it.
How soon does it start?
After setup, about three weeks of warm-up. Then sending starts slow and builds over three more weeks.
