Customers scan a QR code at your counter and rate their visit. Five stars opens your Google review form. Lower ratings send you a private note instead.

Free for 30 days, then $49 a month. You add a card to start, and you can cancel any time before the free month ends without being charged.

- What you pay. Nothing for the first 30 days. 30 days after you sign up, your card is charged $49, then $49 every month after that until you cancel.
- A card is required to start. You enter it on Stripe's secure checkout page. Autom8 never sees the card number.
- No card, no charge. If there's no card on file when the free month ends, the subscription cancels and nothing is charged.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time with “Cancel my plan” in your review inbox, or email aust@autom8everything.com. Cancel before the free month ends and you're never charged. A cancelled plan stops at the end of the free month or the month you've paid for, with nothing more charged.
- If billing stops. If a payment fails or the plan ends, your rating page pauses: customers who scan see that it's paused and no ratings are taken. Your past ratings and notes stay in your inbox. After a failed payment, the page turns back on once your card is fixed. After a cancelled plan ends, email aust@autom8everything.com to start it again.
