Autom8 Everything started with a small frustration. The tools sold to small business owners felt like they were built for someone with a full ops team, not someone who's also answering the phone, doing the books, and running a job. So we built our own. Cadence is the flagship — an AI receptionist that picks up the calls you'd miss. Around it sits the rest: review collection, custom websites, internal apps.

Our story

Why this exists.

Most of what's sold to small service businesses is either built for enterprise (with a sticker price to match), or so generic it doesn't fit how the work actually gets done. The owner ends up paying for software they barely use, plus a few subscriptions they forgot they had.

Cadence started as a way to solve the most common version of the problem: the phone never stops ringing, you can't pick up every call, and the calls you miss are the ones you needed most. Built it for ourselves first, then for a few friends, then enough people asked for it that we made it a product anyone could buy in a few minutes. The phrase we kept coming back to — tools we wished someone had built.

Every week Cadence reviews itself and gets a little better. The line gets tighter while you sleep. That's the whole pitch.
