Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident about working with us. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Subscription services

Cadence and Review Funnel subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge.

After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

Custom project work

For custom automation projects, refund terms follow your signed proposal or service agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding deliverable is approved.

If we are unable to deliver what was agreed upon, we will work with you to make it right or issue a refund for the undelivered portion.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days. We will review the charge and issue a correction if needed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@autom8everything.com with your name, the service in question, and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Disputes

We would rather resolve billing questions directly. If you have a concern, please reach out before filing a dispute with your bank — it helps us fix things faster.
